🎟️ Workshop & Event Policy

All ticket sales are final. Due to limited class sizes, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. You may gift your ticket to someone else—just email us in advance.

If your piece is damaged due to an issue on our end (during firing or studio handling), we’ll offer a 50% refund or a discounted future class.

📦 Shipping & Returns

All ceramic sales are final. Each piece is handmade and may include slight variations. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping or any accidents after the piece leaves our studio.
